Our storage facility is very secure and provides easy access to your goods 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Here are some frequently asked questions to help you with your storage unit. If any of your questions are not answered here please get in touch and one of our friendly staff will be happy to help.

Our storage units are in Tuakau, near Pokeno. Come and visit us at 207 Whangarata Road, Tuakau 2694.

Not at all. Our contracts start from one month as standard. However, we’re more than happy to discuss shorter terms with you.

You cannot store any chemicals, dangerous items, anything illegal or items that could leak. For full details on what cannot be stored in your unit, please review our Terms of Licence page. If you’re still not sure, contact us to check.

You can access your own unit at any time (24/7) – You will need to ensure that you have your key card handy in order to gain access via the main gate.

If you would like to speak to one of our friendly staff then you can call us to discuss your query over the phone. Or if you would like to arrange an in-person appointment then please call or email us to discuss this and we will follow up as soon as possible.

You must notify us of a lost access key as soon as possible. There will also be a $50 replacement fee for any lost access keys.

Yes, but anyone accessing your unit must be added to your storage contract.

Very safe, we have a fully fenced and secured facility with individually alarmed and monitored units.
